What is a referral program?
A Referral Program is an incentive to users to invite or refer their friends and family to use the services of FindShare in exchange for cash benefits.
Referrer – The person who posts or shares the referral link.
Referee – The person who clicks on the link and uses the service for the first time.

How do I earn from the referral program?
You must copy the referral link and share it to your friends, family and social networks. They must click on the link and purchase a minimum of P600 (accumulated for a period of 1 month) from any brand using your link. Then, we will validate your referral if it was successful within 90 days. Every successful referral earns the referrer P50 and the referee P50.

Where do I get my rewards?
Your rewards for every successful referral will be paid to your GCash wallet.

How do I know if my referral was successful?
After a period of 90 days, your referral’s purchase will be validated by our partners. After that, we will validate that the referral met the minimum purchase requirement of P600 before we credit it to your account. You can keep track of your referral progress and number of successful referrals for the month through the miniprogram.

Is there a Transfer Fee whenever I receive my rewards?
Yes. There is a PHP 3 transfer fee each time cashback is credited to your GCash account.

How do I know if my referrals are being recorded properly?
Visit the Referrals link located on the main page. The Referrals page will show all referrals 3-7 days after your transaction. Pending referrals mean that the merchant has reported the transaction and will reconfirm the amount after the allowed return period or the travel date. Credited referrals mean the amount has been credited to your GCash wallet. You can also download your previous month’s referral history by clicking the “Download Previous Referrals” button.

Why didn't my referral get tracked?
Your referral might not have been tracked due to the following reasons:

1. Your referral did not allow CashBack by FindShare access to your information like mobile number, Name and Email Address. Please allow CashBack by FindShare this information to be able to get your referral fee.

2. Your referral may not have followed the Merchant Store's Terms and Conditions when ordering. Every partner merchant comes with its own unique set of Terms and Conditions. If you fail to adhere to them when ordering, we will be unable to earn commission from our partner merchants and hence no rewards will be awarded. You can access each parter store's Terms and Conditions on the merchant's page itself.

3. Cashback takes around 60-90 days to be processed and reflected in your wallet.

4. There was a cancellation, return or exchange of your referral's order. Rewards is only awarded for successful orders and will not be awarded for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

5. For travel-related sites like Klook and Booking.com, your cashback will only be awarded to you after you have completed your travel plans.

6. Your referral did not meet the minimum requirements.

Do rewards expire?
No. The rewards accumulated in your GCash wallet does not have an expiration.
