Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item.
All payment methods, including COD are permitted.
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.
You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. ZAFUL.com assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
For Order Cancelations, please kindly note that only orders that are in the paid, processing or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled.

Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
